I found a problem when installing Sophos intercept x for serve and user, as shown in the log file below. I resolved this problem by installing the offline package first, followed by the online one.

however, I have a server 2012 R2 I have the same problem when installing the offline package as when installing the online package.
Note:i updating the windows and made sure there is no old antiviures , i have another server 2012 R2 the intercpt X install perfectly
