Sophos Endpoint Software no pop-up installsaion

Hello All,

We found the issue, After we double click Sophos endpoint and click "Run" for installation on Windows7 after then pop-up windows disappear Please let us know to verify/resolve this issue

    Hi Tanawat,

    Thank you for reaching us, can you confirm if you have extended support on your endpoint subscription. Sophos already ended its support for windows 7 but as long as you have the extended support you can still deploy it on your win 7 machines. You may refer to this documentation
