After an update the number of IDEs on some linux boxes in our environment are not reporting the correct number of IDEs to the Enterprise Console. Checking the endpoints the IDEs have indeed updated. I have searched and the general consensus is to re-install. I do not have that flexibility in our environment and am hoping someone has another solution or at least something to try. I have restarted services sav-protect and sav-rms (this usually resolves any issues) and have re-built the /opt/sophos-av/update/cache/Primary/cidsync.upd file with no change. Just FYI - We only allow Sophos to update once a week because of regulatory restrictions.
