After new Install SEC - computer is not yet managed

Hello,

I have a problem with the sec and the Computers.

After a new installation of an Windows 2019 Server with sec, i can see the domain computers in the sec.

But with an error: Computer is not yet managed (0xfffffffd).

The computers are in the group "glabal group \ computers".

I have "protect computers" and the sophos software were installed on the clients, but in the sec, i have this error.

It`s the first time, i use sophos sec.

Can anyone help me or has anyone had this error before?

Hello Jens Burkhardt,

a common reason for this behaviour is either that RMS did not install as it should or that it can't communicate with the server (the server's ports 8192 and 8194 must be accessible from the endpoints). Please see Sophos Enterprise Console: This computer is not yet managed (error fffffffd).

a common reason for this behaviour is either that RMS did not install as it should or that it can't communicate with the server (the server's ports 8192 and 8194 must be accessible from the endpoints). Please see Sophos Enterprise Console: This computer is not yet managed (error fffffffd).
