running 4.5/NAC on Hyper-V

We're currently running v3.1 with NAC3.1 on a w2k3 box, now this box is getting a little long in the tooth so I was thinking of upgrading to 4.5 and virtualising it on to a w2k8 r2 VM running under Hyper-v.  Are there any issues with running 4.5 and NAC 3.5 on a virtual box?
