I checked and the EC and it seems to be updating but these errors are popping up at random intervals, sometimes an hour apart and then maybe not until the next day. What can be done to clear this error up?

  • Thank you for your post.

The error message you are getting is possibly just a symptom of a wider issue with either the NAC installation or database connectivity. I recommend contacting Sophos Technical Support so this can be investigated fully.
