Enpoint Protection scan returns errors

Question

Hey 
 I just finished running a sophos scan of a computer that isn't working right. It returned 1787 errors, all starting: 
 
 Sophos Endpoint Defense returned an error (code 0xc0000022) while scanning "<blah file>" 
 
 I can't find anything on what this error actually is? 
 
 Can anyone help?

There are a large number of reasons why a scan may fail such as if the file is encrypted. 
 For the line that you mentioned, it looks like Sophos Endpoint Defense lacked permissions to access the file to scan. (Based on error code 0xc0000022 )
