Changes cannot be committed to the library!!!

Hi

When I make some changes to the library in Enterprise Console 3.1.0.2476 I get the message "Changes cannot be committed to the library".  The libraries are not currently being updated as I tneed to make changes to the proxy being used to get the updates. 

I have tried stopping and starting Sophos library services to see if that helps with no success.

Any ideas how I resolve this?

    Nice one.  It's working a treat again now.

    The plan is to upgrade asap but the instance in question is on a ship.  The reboots can cause us practical issues when the ships are working.
