Update Credentials problem (Enterprise Console 4)

Our username/password set doesn't work with update manager (Enterprise Console 3 before, and now 4..) . It works fine with trial credentials, and our username/password works fine in stand alone installations - or as secondary location ...

Any help ?

You get a Failed to authenticate with the server pop-up when entering the source details?

Re-reading your initial post - is it SUM or EM Library which fails?
