Trojan file downloaded on internet cache folder. that means my computer is infected?

I have a question about Malware Trojan : HTML /FakeAlert.D

I had browsed my windows Edge browser .
and I did fullscan after about 1 month later.
Trojan : HTML /FakeAlert.D was founded.

It was one file .
The file name : 2[1].htm
Location : c:\user\user_name\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\#!001\MicrosoftEdge\Cache\5LP083IV\

I tried checked the file on the location. but it has gone already.
and I did fullscan again. There are no infected results.

so that is my question

My computer is infected or it was Just downloaded cache folder and deleted automatically ?

    If no detections come up on subsequent on-demand or scheduled scans then your machine should be good now. The scan that showed a detection has removed the file from the location where it was detected from.

    As long as Sophos is up-to-date, should the file be executed, Sophos real-time scanning should have caught it as well and removed it from your machine. Additionally, if you have Intercept X, it would have detected if there was any malware that attempted to run.
