Sudden cpu increases

Hi

we have a few users with mac complaining about ad hoc 100 CPU of Sophos component without any seen reason.

Does anyone have any idea, have seen this, a good way to debug these unmanaged situations?

    I would suggest to run:

    wpr.exe -start GeneralProfile

    Leave that that to run for around 30 seconds to a minute when you have the issue.

    Then run:

    wpr.exe -stop C:\trace.etl

    You can then use Windows Performance Analyzer (WPA) to analyze trace.etl.  You can install it from the MS Store also.
