problem with sophos on server

Hi guys.

i have problem white sophos antivirus.

antivirus version 7.6.16 VDL4.50E,

I'm having problems with my antivirus on my server
'm having problems. exe files simply the modification date of the file is changed and it simply stops working.
I wonder what may be occurring. and need to back up the system working again

Right, I sent notepad.exe which was modified , file sample (2217653).
today the same problem happened with everyone. exe files that were in the shared folder, just remember that some do not stop working, but most will stop.
I do remember to check the system and not found any virus in the operating system
my English is not very good, sorry.
help me because this problem in this complicated.
