Patch installation on exisiting endpoint clients

either you redeploy the software on the endpoints (Protect Computers from SEC, running setup.exe with the necessary flags, using an appropriate package) or you (simply) distribute the required registry keys.

thanks for the reply, so I believe we can just right click on client in SEC and select protect computers, which will give an option to install patch functionality I believe?

Correct, you can click on a client, a number of clients selected or a group. Please note that Protect times out if the client can't be contacted.
