Installing Sophos Anti-Virus older Version (Previous Recommended)

 Hello,

 

i want to install a previous Version of Sophos Anti-Virus on my Server. (Windows Server 2008 R2)

I created a new folder (Group) with a new Update-Policy, moved my Server in it and changed the Policy-Subscription to Previous Recommended.

After that i waited until it said Like Policy and i checked on my Server if the Version has changed. It didn't

Then i tried reinstalling, without success.

I also tried installing it from the Server without success.

So here is my Question:

What is the best way to install a previous Version of Sophos Anti-Virus on a Sophos Endpoint managed by a Enterprise Console.

    Hello SanaIT BB,

    if your Recommended is on 10.8.1 then you'll notice no change, Previous Recommended is the same. Click the Details ... button (bottom right) to see the, well, details of the version you selected.

    Your workflow is as far as I can tell correct.
