Sophos Endpoints and Servers - 10.8.2.311

Impact

Endpoints and Servers protected by the Enterprise console

Current status
Issue resolved with release of 10.8.2.334

What to do

Release of 10.8.2.334 has been completed as of September 19, 2018 which resolves this issue.

    Hello john,

    thanks for the information. The article has not yet been updated though.

    10.8.2.334 - so it's a new sub-release, article indicates 10.8.2.311 as faulty.
    When did you receive the buggy 311? Seems the roll-out has been stopped and is now re-enacted. For us neither Recommended nor Preview had this version and they are still on 10.8.1 and 10.8.2.300 respectively.

    Update: 10.8.2.334 has just arrived on both.

         I uninstalled Sophos on 2018-08-27, but the update was done on 2018-08-23.  I was out of the office that Friday so did not see the problem till Monday.
