Firewall policy changes - how best to change?

We are changing our Sophos firewall policies and somewhat unsure what to do next.

Currently we have a policy that is using primary (allow all traffic) and a secondary (firewall enables) that applies when a device is at a certain location e.g head office currently has the firewall disabled if the machine can see the relevant location. Machines outside of HQ have the firewall enabled.

Now, if we remove the location detection the default will apply primary settings which currently is allowing all traffic (disabling firewall).

One way is to manually change the default location to secondary or create new policy.

Is it possible to export the secondary settings and import them into the primary?
