My Enterprise Sophos Setup

Hi guys, 

 

I've sophos Endpoint Protection Management sitting on a Linux Ubuntu box that i used as the management server for my windows servers. i would like to update some policies on the management console and this seems a bit difficult atm the Linux is all bash not GUI. 

i tried the IP address to check for web console -no luck

 

 

Anyone with similar setup...  Help!

    Hello phil oye,

    looks like I woke up in a parallel universe - or I'm just dense. The management server (SEC) and the console runs on Windows only (of course this could be a VM). To a certain extent you can manage other endpoints from a Linux box but this works only for other Linux endpoints.

    I can't imagine that you've forgotten how you installed all the stuff so this must be a misunderstanding on my side. Could you give some more details?
