Anti-Virus email notifications not working and event data not being sent to central server

Hello,

Currently I am trying to setup data control with email notifications, the SMTP settings have been configured using the anti-virus and match the email with data control. However, even though my rule which is set to block a file being copied to a removable drive works the block fails to notify me. This is both with email and within the endpoint dashboard events under data control.

The endpoint control we are using is on-prem not cloud.

I have used wireshark to inspect the traffic and I believe this to be a bug with data control itself. Normal anti-virus emails send but data control email notifications do not attempt to send.

Any one got any ideas?
