Enterprise Console 5.5.1 upgrade fails from v5.3.1 - Encryption is installed

Hi

I'm trying to upgrade our v5.3.1 Enterprise Console to v5.5.1 but I'm getting "Encryption is installed.Please migrate any computers and uninstall before continuing."Where in the Enterprise Console can I see a list of machines that have the disk encryption installed?

    Hello Kevin Collins,

    it says that Encryption is installed meaning that at some time the base configuration steps to manage Encryption have been performed (perhaps unwittingly). It does not say that you have any encrypted endpoint.  There's an Encryption tab in the console, there's perhaps also a selection from the View drop-down (can't remember). If you're not aware of any encrypted endpoints (not something that happens automatically) simply follow the How to remove.
