Some Mac services are not reported in console

Hello Team,

We are using Sophos Endpoint AV installer from the Sophos Central for Mac High Sierra 10.13. We had reinstalled AV on a Mac endpoint. Although there are no alerts or installation errors, I don't see all the services reporting to the console. For example, I don't see the SophosScanD, SophosEventMonitor, SophosWebIntelligence, SophosUIServer services not reporting to the console. The rest are reporting and all are in "green" status.

What could be the issue? Could the components have not installed? Could they have installed and the services not started?

this is a question specific to Central - please consider posting in the Central forum which is definitely the better place.
