Endpoint Advanced installation error “could not download software”

Hey everyone,

 

I have an issue of installing the Endpoint Advanced, it keeps reporting the error “could not download software”. It also happens to the integrated installer which also has the Intercept X. However, the Intercept X works fine without any errors. I downloaded these installers from the Sophos Central. The firewall in Windows is off  and there is no other firewalls installed. I have tied 5+ laptops, it repeats the same error, and I cannot switch other ICPs as I have to do these laptops within my office's internet. I found this problem since this Wednesday, before that, everything was working. The operating system is WIN 7 Does anyone know how can I fix it? Thanks in advance!

    I know the forum names are misleading ... but why not posting in Central? This is definitely something not common to all product lines where Endpoint is part of but very Central-specific. And the Community is perhaps not the fastest support lane - isn't there a Support/feedback section in Central Admin (don't tell me it points back to here).
