Reporting KPI's and SLA's for the On-Prem Sophos Console 5.5.0

Hi All,

We are currently looking at creating some KPI's and SLA's. It needs to focus on when machines receive a IDE within a certain time frame. So if an IDE is released we can say X amount of machines that are connected have received the specific IDE.

Any help/previous experience in setting up this sort of measure would be greatly appreciated!

GUI/SQL/Sophos Reports, SQL is preferred.

    err, interesting undertaking. Sorry, maybe I'm dense, but what would this indicator indicate? And as you say time frame - where's its start?
    Anyway, when an endpoint checks for updates and finds a new IDE it is downloaded together with other new or changed items. The status of the successful download is sent to the management server. This timestamped status message (only the last one is kept) contains a list of all IDEs on the machine (AFAIK in an XML object). So you'd have to extract and parse the status messages the connected machines and parse them ...
