Sophos antivirus (Sophos Endpoint Security and Control 10.7.2 for Windows 10) doesn't update in a IPv6-only Network

my organization provides already wireless access networks without IPv4. Everything works fine, windows updates, web-browsing and so on.

We use DNS64/NAT64. Despite we have our own sophos-update-server with dualstack (ipv4/ipv6 and A/AAAA-ResourceRecords) the sophos updates still fail.

With wireshark I saw that sophos is only asking for the A-Record. Therefore it will never connect until somebody would enable 464xlat, which is not intended use on Windows 10 with WIFI.

When will Sophos update its updater for normal use with IPv6?
