Sophos Central issues with HTTPS Inspection enabled

Hi,

Sophos Central has all sorts of issues when used on a network that has HTTPS Inspection running on the gateway.

Does anyone know when Sophos Central will support HTTPS Inspection properly? Seems strange that Sophos would issue a product (the XG Firewall) that is capable of HTTPS Inspection when its main product doesn't support it or function correctly with it running.

Maybe it's an issue of the XG as it still has a lot of issues?

Nah - its the same with any security appliance that has HTTPS Inspection running.

Maybe its time to find a different Endpoint provider.

It's a security product.

I don't think security vendors would be too happy opening their software to man-in-the-middle attacks, which is essentially what https scanning does.

Who's to say something other than your edge device hasn't intercepted the traffic?

...which is why it needs support adding in for such a setup....

Other products do so why can't Sophos Endpoint?
