sophos control application being flagged as controlled but authorized in EM

Have had an issue wherbey Autocad was blocked by Sophos controlled application but was authorized in EM.  This resulted in Autocad exe's being deleted, and reinstall required.  Anyone else have a similar occurrence.

    Hello Damian Himmelreich,

    items detected by Application Control are never deleted by Sophos apart from the fact that it shouldn't be blocked when authorized. It is possible though that a new version might not be correctly identified - but this would result in an Application not being blocked when they should.

    What's in the SAV.txt log about this detection?
