Terminal commands for Linux please???

Question

Hi, I'm new to forum and I just installed on my Notebook with Fedora 26 The free version of Sophos, given is often in contact with Windows and I was interested to know it more thoroughly!!!! 
 
 How can I get its commands to exploit it at full command line please???
