Hello,
I have Sophos AV Free installed into a LAMP server. In the last days, there was a failed update from Sophos. Sophos is setup to send me emails (to a gmail.com account) when there is any issue. However, seems like the email notification from Sophos is not working.
1. The email header (email sent by Sophos) is:
Return-path: <root@server.myserver.com>
Received: from [::1] (port=48706 helo=server.myserver.com)
by server.myserver.com with esmtp (Exim 4.89_1)

2. The above notification email from Sophos bounced with the following error:
Reporting-MTA: dns; server.msgserv.com
Action: failed
Final-Recipient: rfc822;root@localhost
Status: 5.0.0

Questions:
1. How can I resolve this email bounce by Sophos
2. Where can I change the destination email for notifications sent by Sophos?
