How to change IP address of NDR using Central

We have setup a NDR on one of the out of band PC with raw internet. Now that it is all setup, we wish to move it to the production environment and for that the IP address needs to be changed from DNCP to Static. Unfortunately, we can make this change from the Appliance Monitor dashboard as the appliance is in sync with Central and I am unable to find option to change the IP address for the NDR on Sophos Central.

    There are two ways you can change the IP address of the NDR Sensor I know of. As far as I know there is no way to change it directly from Sophos Central.

    1. Disconnect the NDR Sensor from the network and restart it. When you connect a display to the NDR Sensor you will get the option to change the network setting as it cannot connect to Sophos Central.

    2. Use the Sophos Appliance Manager. https://ip-address-of-ndr-sensor:8443/ Then via Actions->Settings you will find the option to change the IP configuration.
