Manage new Server 1.5 version

Many of my Sophos Central servers have been updating from the old 10.x version to the new 1.5 server version. It is the pretty blue streamlined version like what we have on regular non-server endpoints.

Problem is, it doesn't have all the knobs and buttons to twiddle so doing simple things like individual (server-level) file/folder exclusions seems to be impossible. Curious to know if anyone has good work-arounds for this yet? It will likely wreak havoc with some SQL Servers...

I'd prefer to avoid policy level exclusions since different servers have SQL data on different drive letters.
