Servers do not report for scheduled scan

We have a problem with three servers that apparently do not report to central about the scheduled scan .

We see the schedule correctly running on the server but at the end no report is being notified to the sophos central

I would check that SAV.txt contains the start and finish details. If you don't see these then it's a SAV issue (scan not completing) rather than a management/reporting one.
