Error add license

Question

Hello folks, 
 We are receiveing error when try add new license to a customer on Sophos Central Portal. 
 As the image below. (the key it was hidden in image :) )

Does someone have idea about fix it ?

 This is definitely something the Customer Care team in Sophos Technical Support can assist you with (or your Sales Account Manager). As your license will have personal information on it, etc, I would recommend contacting Support so that they can help you privately :)
