Adobe CC freezes when opening or saving files.

Hi.

We have tried with both full (application) path exclusions and exploit mitigation entries for the adobe product range.  All path entries showing on the hitman logs have been added to exclusions.. Adobe CC still freezes when opening / closing files - it does eventually come back and save the file but it takes ages.

The client only has the Sophos Intercept-X package, they have a separate AV app. 

Works fine with Intercept X removed from the machine.. soon as it's reinstalled it start doing the same thing.  We've also tested on a number of machines and they are all well spec'd.

Any other ideas?
