netsh winhttp set proxy proxy-server="http=1.1.1.1:80;https=1.1.1.1:80"

After run, i get error

The following command was not found: winhttp set proxy proxy-server=http=1.1.1.1:80;https=1.1.1.1:80

Please help me to rectify this problem.

  • Hello Eddy Azlan Mohd Tajuddin,

first of all, Server 2003 is no longer supported (by Microsoft) and retired since February. You should seriously consider replacing it.

So you do need a proxy in your network and you can't configure it using Internet Options? As for netsh, the required help might be missing. netsh show helper should list it near the end of the output, just before winsock.  If it's not there please try netsh add helper WHHELPER.DLL.
