Sophos Central Partner Portal issue with creating MSP customers

Hello,

Some Partners are seeing an issue where after creating a new MSP customer within their Partner Portal, that customer does not show up. If this happens to you please contact Customer Care or Technical Support with the following information below to help get this resolved:

  • Your Partner company name
  • The company name and email address used to create the MSP Flex customer in question
  • KBA number: 126569
