Hello,
Currently, when applying a Master license key in Sophos Central Admin, you will receive an error in activating the key (AC-00000). Our dev team is currently working on a fix, in the meantime the workaround is to apply individual keys for each product purchased instead. To obtain individual product keys, please contact Sophos Customer Care and reference article 126551 along with your Licence Sechedule. Updates to come.
