[RESOLVED] Sophos Central Issues (NA customers affected only)

**FINAL UPDATE** The below issues have now been resolved. 

 

**UPDATE 2** KBA now available for Sophos Central Admin issue. (KBA taken down as of 4/4/2017)

**UPDATE 1** KBA now available for Partner problem regarding intermittent dashboard issues. (KBA taken down as of 4/4/2017)

Hello,

1. Sophos Central Admin - Changes to policies made in Sophos Central may be delayed in the enforcement on managed endpoints and you may see installation failures for new endpoints. Please see the Central status page for more information. 

2. Sophos Central Partner - Intermittent Sophos Central Partner dashboard issues. Partners may experience the following issues when logged into their Partner dashboard:

  • Fail to display alerts, alert info unavailable. Try again later.
  • License details fail to display.
  • Intermittent fields not displaying when trying to view.
  • May automatically sign you out of Sophos Central Partner dashboard.
