Web Gateway installation fails

I'm trying to install the Web Gateway on windows 10 Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.14393] but I'm getting the error

Error sent to UI handler: Could not write value Sophos Cloud Web Gateway to key \SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

Does anyone know what the problem is?
