RDS Server Protection clean up

Hi,

Intercept X seems to include some additional features that would improve the ability to clean up malware infections over just what endpoint protection by itself can do. Are any of those features planned to be included in the Server Protection product at any point? In the past we’ve seen situations where Sophos Server Protection wasn’t able to properly clean up infections such as Dridex, so any improvements in that area for servers would be great.

    Hi Matt,

    We have the same Sophos Clean product that is included in Intercept X, we just dont run this automatically for detections*. We have had this functionality since late Feb, we are adding the ability to launch a Sophos Clean from Sophos Central in our next release.

    * In some circumstances, Sophos Clean can require a reboot after it has run; therefore, we leave control of when it is run on Servers to the admin.
