Salesforce for Outlook Plugin not working properly if Hitman service is enabled.

Although I've found people having issues with Salesforce Toolbar, I'm having an issue with a customer where the plugin for Outlook doesn't work if the HitmanPro service is enabled.  Once I disable this service I'm able to open the program and sync changes.  If I re-enable it, program quits working.  I don't receive any alert inside of the Endpoint to help troubleshoot.

Anyone else running into this issue?
