How do I do Manual Clean up of this for my MacBook Pro?

I do not know how to remove a malware. I received this notice, which requires "manual cleanup"

    Hello Diana,

    apparently this is an attachment of some mail in your Mail's Thrash - if you empty it it should get deleted. Or did you already try and receive the alert? Then please disable on-access scanning temporarily and empty the Trash.
