Just started migrating machines into Sophos Central from SEC and I'm a bit concerned that they are not accurently reporting back to the cloud properly.
I've got a machine that had Sophos installed yesterday and that is currently in use but Endpoint Last Used shows "a day ago"
and I've got a machine that was migrated using the migration tool earlier today that currently shows "2 hours ago". which probably coincides with when the software was installed.
the 2nd one also says that the machine is not encrypted but since it's migration, the encryption policy has been applied and bitlocker has done it's thing.
How often should devices be reporting back?
I tried running the Diagnostic tool but getting error message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application"
tried on 3 of the 4 machines and it runs on 1, errors on 2.
