We are currently evaluating the Sophos Cloud solution and are not able to Synchonise our Active Directory using the SophosCloudADSync utility.
Error message from the log file shows the following:
09:18:41.115 AM [Th 13] Failed to validate Sophos Central credentials. Reason: An error occurred while sending the request.
09:18:41.115 AM [Th 13] More details: Unable to connect to the remote server
09:18:41.115 AM [Th 13] More details: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 54.171.96.111:443
09:18:41.124 AM [Th 9] Failed to validate configuration settings. Reason: An error occurred while sending the request.
Any help will be most appreciated.
