  • I switched over to the service you are talking about in September of last year.  Sophos had stated in their literature about this service that they would release end user quarantined email digests in October of last year.  So far that has not happened. [:(]  So, what you are looking for does not exist yet.  I am hoping they will roll it out soon but I have been unable to find a "new" release date yet.  With that being said, the only option for end users to check their quarantined emails is to go to the Sophos Central online portal and check their quarantined emails there.  They can also release them within that portal as well.  The address to the portal is below:

    https://cloud.sophos.com/idp/authenticate?backtrack=/manage/self-service

Before your users can login to the portal, you need to send them a setup email so they can create a portal account.  To do this log into your Central Admin portal (cloud.sophos.com), click on people, select the users you want to send the setup email to and then click the "Email Setup Link" blue button in the top right corner.  That will bring up a window with 2 checkbox options on it.  Select the bottom checkbox (Sophos Central Self Service Welcome/Setup Email) and then hit the send button.  After they create their account, they can then check and release their quarantined emails.

Hope that helps move you in the right direction!
