Creating a 'Full' Sophos Cloud Windows installer to minimize initial bandwidth utilization

Hi,

I have a issue with the Full Package. I need to create one for x64bit and other x32bit how i can do it. The executable only do it for 32bit?

I download the client from my Sophos Central admin page > Protect Devices > SophosInstall.exe

I use my virtual computer with Windows 7 Pro x64 bit and i see the process is running in 32bit. why?

Only the process Sophos UI.exe its running on 64bit.

    A number of the Sophos components have only a 32-bit version.  Not all of the packages have a 32 and 64-bit versions.



    If you look under: "C:\ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Cache\decoded\", the packages that have a 32 and 64 bit version will have a 64 in the name.

    32-bit:
    sau - AutoUpdate
    hbt - Hearbeat
    shs - Health
    savxp - SAV
    sdu - Diagnose
    mcsep - Management Communication System

    64-bit:
    esh64 - Endpoint Self Help
    hmpa64 - Hitman Pro
    sed64 - Sophos Endpoint Defense
    ntp64 - Newtork Threat Protection
    ssp64 - Sophos System Protection
    ui64 - UI
    uninstaller64 - Uninstaller
    clean64 - Sophos Clean
