Our graphics department run iMacs and MacBooks on 10.10 and 10.11 OS. Since the AV update last week they are freezing with the spinning ball of death. Usually on Indesign but can happen anytime. Can't force quit, need to do hard shut down of the Mac. Uninstalling Sophos AV solves the problem. '
