Installation and communication

Hi Folks,

I´m doing something like a PoC with InterceptX  for my Company. I installed the Client on a Lab and he is communicating with the sophos Cloud. The WS is also available in Sophos Central but  there is no client on the WS. In Sophos Central there is an error message

I also get the Warning that the installer cannot communicate during the installation and he will finish this when the connection can be established. At my first installation i have to wait 12 hours and i don´t think that is right.
