Windows 10 anniversary edition and InterceptX IE issue

Currently rolling out Windows 10 LTSB 2016 and at the start of the deployment we discovered interceptx (HitmanPro) service would not run, unless secure boot was disabled due to digital signing.

On this weeks rollout, machines deployed on Monday (14/11) were fine. Those deployed on 15/11 and 16/11 are unable to open IE or Adobe Reader. Rejoinging the computer to the domain would resolve the issue, only for it to come back again some time after, after a reboot.

I've just discovered that turning off Exploit Mitigation resolves the issue. Having had a look at the computers where W10 has been deployed this week, InterceptX is not working for those deployed on Monday (as expected) but has been installing and working since 15/11. Not sure if that's coincidence and i can't find any information about the InterceptX issue on anniversary edition being fixed. For now, I'll work on narrowing down the issue in exploit mitigation to determine if its browser, browser plugin, java, media or office settings.
