Hello,
There has been some confusion on how an existing customer can trial Intercept X or any other new product on their existing Sophos Central account. The current process requires that you set up a net-new Sophos Central account as a trial. This requires that you use a different email address than the one used to create your normal account.
Steps:
- Go to https://www.sophos.com/en-us/products/intercept-x.aspx
- Click the Free Trial button
- Fill out the form with a new email address and proceed
The next release of Sophos Central Admin console will include ability for you to trial products you are currently licensed for using your existing account.
