Services missing after Intercept installation

We are enrolled in the Intercept EAP. Clients appear to update properly to the new 0.7 build but then they report these two errors:

* The Sophos Clean Service service is missing.
* The HitmanPro.Al;ert service service is missing.

Is this normal during the beta or something that needs to be resolved?

  • Just wondering if there is any update on this?  I am seeing this even on the GA release.  I just pushed Intercept to 218 computers that were all green with CEA and now every one is red status and says its missing the 2 above services.
