Spectrum 0.7- Sophos shield is not opening - " SAVplugin failed to initialize"

I noticed that when I want to open the sophos shield nothing is happening. After couple of clicks I got a "SAVplugin failed to initialize" pop up. I killed almon and restarted it , I even uninstalled and re-installed but no joy.

Shield is just not responding. In Sophos UI log I get Failed to reset scanning (UI Adopter not reachable)

Any idea?

Having same problem. Any resolution for this? Seems its happening on clients that are failing to update to the new Sophos Endpoint.
